Our founding team spent decades inside some of London's top consultancies, delivering organizational change and putting AI at the center of large, complex organizations.

In late 2024, we took that experience and built AllSet.chat, helping thousands of solo service providers run their business inside the messaging channels they already use.

That frontline experience taught us something a strategy deck never could: what happens when a conversation stops being a message and starts running the operation.

We built Customer Follow Ups, a system to automate client engagement. Customers used it heavily, then told us what they actually wanted: not just automated engagement, but the right conversation with the right person at the right moment.

So we built that. A system that reads the facts of a business alongside what it has learned about each customer, to find the right person and the right moment to start a conversation, then makes the next one better.

One highly targeted conversation beats ten thousand emails or a thousand texts.

That is the harder half of what we do: not shipping software, but helping an organization decide who to talk to, have the conversation, and turn what comes back into knowledge it can actually use.
